The example below shows a large, tiled balcony which had begun to leak onto a dining area below. Rather than removing the tiles and repairing the structure underneath it, re waterproofing and then relaying new tiles (a very expensive and time-consuming process) we ground the existing tiles, reprimed with Polyurethane primer and then applied a new membrane coating which is UV stable and trafficable.

This is another example of a balcony repair.  It involved grinding the surface, re priming the surface, applying a new membrane and then finishing off with Chips to provide a beautiful looking new surface,
